2.Must transact to any of the following within the promo period:

• 5winners of 1,000 cash
• 3  winners of  5,000 cash

3. Promo will run fromAugust 1, 2023 to October 31, 2023. Each registered eCeb user should transact bills payment and instapay transfer via eCebuana App to earn an e-raffle entry/ies.
4. All qualified entries during the promo duration will be drawn on the following dates at the ICT Office, 3/F The Networld Hub, 156 Jupiter cor. Comet Sts., Bel-Air Makati City.

Prizes shall be drawn under the supervision of the assigned representative by the Department of Trade and Industry (DTI).

5. Cash prizes will be credited to client’s MSA or CSA.
6. All qualified clients can only win once.Non-winning clients can still win on the succeeding draws if they have transaction on the next cut-off.
7. All clients must update their personal information (e.g., name, addressand active mobile/telephone) in the nearest Cebuana Lhuillier Rural Bank branch or Cebuana Lhuillier Pawnshop branches as this will be the basis of the marketing team in sending the registered mail and SMS to the winners.
8. All winners will receive thru registered mail an instruction on how they will be able to claim the prize. Announcement of winners will be via email and SMS, a Facebook page posting will also be done.
9. Cebuana LhuillierRural Bank shall not be liable if the winners did not receive the registered mail due to outdated personal information.
10. All winners will only have sixty (60) calendar days to redeem their prizes upon acknowledgement of the registered mail. All unclaimed prizes will be forfeited in favor of Cebuana Lhuillier Bank with prior approval from DTI.
11. P.J. Lhuillier shall shoulder the 20% prize tax for the prizes exceeding P10,000.
12. All employees of P.J.Lhuillier Group of Companies, Ad/ Creatives Agency, PR and Media agencies and their relatives up to second degree of consanguinity or affinity are disqualified from joining this promo.
