1. Visit the nearest Cebuana Lhuillier branch and fill out the Pera Padala form. Indicate the following information:
Account name:
Promissory Note Number (PN No.)
Note: Old format comprises of 13 digits, and new format starts with “R” or “S2” (e.g. R12345678, S212345678)
2. Hand the completed Pera Padala form to the branch personnel for processing.
3. Wait for the validated Pera Padala form and for the change (if any).
